How do I order my food2u homefood?

Use our on-line food cart. We will contact you by email or phone to confirm your order.

How do I pay for my homefood?

We accept payment by mastercard or visa. When ordering using our on-line food cart your credit card details are included and transferred via our secure internet service.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices quoted on our internet site are GST inclusive.

How is the food delivered?

The order will come in a soft eski bag with chill packs that will keep the food cold for 3 - 5 hours. This bag is your to keep or can be returned with subsequent orders for recycling.

How long does it take?

Orders received before 12 noon will be delivered the next working day after 2.00pm.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, $50.00.

Can orders be collected?

Yes. Orders can be collected from the food2u kitchen at the rear of the Derwent Sailing Squadron at Marieville Esplanade Sandy Bay between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Are there easy to follow cooking or heating instructions?

Yes. Labels have cooking or heating instructions if required. Some products i.e. stock/soups are frozen. Other products e.g. lasagnes, moussaka & cannelloni are vacuum sealed. Vacuum sealing guarantees a minimum of seven days shelf life.

How much notice do I need to give for a catering function?

For a small gathering allow 24 hours. For bigger functions requiring staff allow a couple of days.
