Philippe has been a professional Chef for over 30 years. He worked in many top restaurants in Melbourne before settling in Tasmania in 1989. He ran his own successful restaurant Panache in Salamanca Place and was Executive Chef at Lenna of Hobart. He has trained many apprentices and shares his passion through a range of cooking classes at our Moonah kitchen.
